Thank you for shopping with Rowe London, we hope you are pleased with your order. However, if you any reason you are not, our returns and exchange policy is here if you need it.
You have 14 days from despatch date (of receipt) to return or exchange your item(s). Any item(s) sent to us after this date will be returned back to you.
To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be unworn, free from stains and odours, in its original packaging with tags attached. Please note any returns or exchanges in which item(s) have been used, washed, altered or damaged and tags removed or tampered with, will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
To return, please email info@rowelondon.co.uk with your full name, order number and reason for return and we will provide you with a return address. Kindly allow up to 48 hours for a response. Once your item(s) have been received, refunds may take up to 10 working days, and will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you are not completely satisfied with the size and have requested an exchange, please note stock is subject to availability. If your size is not in stock, you will be given a full refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note we do not cover any shipping cost for returns sent back to us. We will not be held liable for returned items lost or damage in transit and therefore strongly advise using a reliable tracked/signed for delivery service. For international returns, please ensure all customs duties and taxes have been paid for. Any returns with outstanding duties/tax charges may be held at customs. We will not cover these charges and you may need to contact your courier to resolve this.
